Summary: Our family came to Phoenix for spring training baseball. We enjoyed the home, especially the hot tub and pool areas. Beds were comfortable and living spaces were exceptionally clean. It is centrally located which is convenient for traveling to several ball parks. The neighborhood is a little rough. We had a few concerns, but overall very quiet and calm. The host did an amazing job of communicating and checking in with us throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend the property.

Summary: We had a family get together to see a few ballgames at Chase Field as we all live in different parts of the country. We had six adults in our group the bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The entire house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was wonderful with the pool/spa/bbq. The fans on the patio were so nice while we sat out in the 100 degree temp. Uber was quick and reasonable price to get to field in 10 minutes. Already looking forward to our next vacation and visit. Thank you for a great stay.
